Welcome!
I'm Alan Seale. I'm a leadership and transformation coach, an inspirational speaker, a spiritual mentor, and an author. All of these roles are vehicles for living my soul mission: I liberate and empower.
What I do
Both ancient wisdom traditions and modern-day quantum physics tell us that everything is made up of vibrating energy. You, your soul, your thoughts, choices, habits, and practices, as well as your work, your relationships, and the organizations you are a part of— at their essence they are all energy in motion. When we relate to life as energy in motion, and partner with the laws of energy for creation and manifestation, extraordinary things happen.
I coach individuals and organizations to achieve their greatest possible success through alignment of their thoughts, beliefs, decisions, actions, habits, and practices with who they are at the soul level—essence, core, truth—with their long-range vision and its potential, and with the unfolding potential within their immediate initiative, project, or situation. Through that alignment, they can achieve breakthrough results on multiple levels, offer greater service to their clients and stakeholders, and make significant contributions to their community and often to the world.
Who I coach
My clients are executives, leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, coaches, healers, teachers, and forward-thinking organizations from around the world—dynamic, curious, visionary, and creative individuals and organizations who want to be on the leading edge. They know that there is more to life and work than the three-dimensional reality that meets the eye. They acknowledge that there is a creative force or intelligence guiding the universe, whether they call that God, Spirit, Source, Consciousness, or simply the Intelligence, and they are driven by a strong desire to live and work in alignment with that universal creative force. They feel called to make a positive impact in ever-expanding spheres of influence.
